Take a piece of floss or string and wrap at desired place on toe or finger. Most people like to wear their toe ring in the middle of the toe.
Wrap and make a mark with a pen.
Line up the floss marks to a ruler with mm sizing. Compare this number to the chart below, and this should give you the approximate ring size that you will need to order.

How to measure a toe ring - method using floss

If you have a large toe pad, allow your sizing to go up a half size to make room for the ring to slide over the top.
