The ring chart below can be helpful when you are measuring your toe or finger using the floss or string method. Follow these instructions, then use the chart below to find your ring size.

• Take a piece of floss or string and wrap at desired place on toe or finger. Most people like to wear their toe ring in the middle of the toe.
• Wrap and make a mark with a pen.
• Line up the floss marks to a ruler with mm sizing. Compare this number to the chart below, and this should give you the approximate ring size that you will need to order. 

If you have a large toe pad, allow your sizing to go up a half size to make room for the ring to slide over the top.
